Preserve the beauty of your wedding flowers with a custom oil painting, handcrafted to capture every delicate detail. Oil paintings offer a timeless way to remember your special day, turning your bouquet into a cherished work of art. All paintings are carefully crafted with archival quality materials to ensure they will last over a lifetime and beyond.

The Commission Process:

Inquiry & Booking – Fill out the commission inquiry form below to get started. I’ll review your request and confirm availability.
Reference Photos – Once I've confirmed availability, I'll send the deposit invoice and ask you to provide high-quality images of your bouquet via your preferred contact method. Professional wedding photos are advised. Please note that I will not post professional photos on social media without written permission from client and photographer. If using personal photos, please ensure they feature good lighting and true color matching to your bouquet. These will be the photos I reference for color matching and overall arrangement of your bouquet.
Painting Process – I begin working on your custom piece, keeping you updated along the way.
Final Approval & Shipping – Once the painting is complete, I’ll send you images for approval and the final invoice before securely packaging and shipping it to your doorstep.

A 50% deposit is required within three days to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before shipping.

Do you commission paintings without bridal bouquets as the subject? Yes! I can paint a variety of subjects, just please not people. Click on the link here to take you to the custom request form.
My wedding was a long time ago. Can I still have you paint it? Yes, as long as there is a clear picture of it, I'll be able to create your painting!
How long can I expect this process to take? That is a great question, and it depends on the size of your painting and my availability. Oil paint is notorious for taking a long time to fully cure for safe shipping, typically 3-6 months, but it is definitely worth the wait! Your painting will last a lifetime and be heirloom-worthy.

Shipping & Delivery:

I currently offer free shipping within in the United States. International shipping is available at an additional cost.
Paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. All paintings are tracked and insured. Please understand that I do my utmost to ensure safe shipping, but I cannot be held accountable for packages that may arrive damaged. It is very rare, but if any concern may arise, please contact me.
Estimated completion time depends on size of painting. I will give you an estimated time of completion when I confirm availability.

Payment & Policies:

Payment Methods: I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available for secure checkout. Payment plan options are also available! Just let me know in the additional notes portion of the bridal request form.
Refunds: Because each piece is made specifically for you, I’m unable to offer refunds. I take great care to communicate throughout the process and ensure you're happy with the final painting before it ships.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
